Y6 Computing
Today we are using Scratch to create a virtual pet.
We are consolidating our glide coding from last lesson and we are using the broadcast block to send messages between sprites for the first time.

Y6 Science
This afternoon we are trying to create a rainbow using a light source and a triangular prism.
We concluded the afternoon by trying to create the biggest rainbow.

Best Effort
Today's Best Effort Assembly included our first ever maths progress award.
Our new cup was awarded to Mrs Fields' maths group who made the most maths progress in the school.
The child who achieved the most progress in school also received a special certificate.
